I am shocked to hear that in Dobsonville clinic you are still expected to wear a mask even though the mandate dropped early this year. Watching sick people being turned away from this centre because they don't have R5 to buy a face mask.

I write as to show my appreciation to Vosloorus Poly clinic Room 2. I have been a regular patient since 2017 and have been attended to by different health care workers.Thank you Sr Lineo Nguqu for being selfless, the patience and respect you show to patients, your kind is rare!Sr Nguqu started serving me in March 2022 and I was humbled by her personality and dedication to work.Six months later she is still energetic, warm and her respect for patients is still unmatched.I am eagerly waiting for my next appointment for this lady takes time to educate me about my medication and listens to my concerns. This is a once in a lifetime experience! Government facility getting this treatment...this woman is classSr Nguqu may you kindly copy yourself to rest of the Health department and Im sure if we have more of your duplicates, this dept would be a better place with less accidents

The service at esselin clinic in hilbrow is completely bad. The way they treat patients is really hectic l mean who does that l have been trying to book sinve Monday 17 May 2021 now ts Wednesday l wake up early 5 o'clock l will be there only for them to say we only book for 10 people per day l mean we all have jobs and other things to protect how can l be taking the whole week off day after day excuse at work only to be disappointed no man something needs to be done its winter now they dont even feel for pregnant people who will be sitting outside there in the cold helplessly. This is terrible. Please look into it

The level of rudeness we receive at Edenvale clinic is beyond expectations. Staff here have mentality they own the place.I sat here from 6am it's almost 17h00 and I'm told I need to rebook for appointment. Why keep re booking while we don't get the service we require.MEC needs to look at this and sort it out, their reviews are bad for a community clinic

I would like to compliment Sister Zinhle and Mr Mthembu of Thelle Mogoerane Hospital in Vosloorus of Ward 8 for their hard work in taking care of patients. I was admitted on the 28th to 31st of December 2020 and the treatment I received from them was beyond caring. These two hard working health workers execute what they chose to do by helping other people in life ( saving people). I really appreciate their generosity, humanity, humbleness, kindness, love of their work and being friendly not to only me but all patients who were in room 1 of ward 8 during that time. I was admitted again on the 08th January 2021 and found them again but never changed how they treat patients. My hospital number is GT25414649

I'm very much disappointed with the service at kopanong hospital in Sedibeng. I've been at the hospital from 14h30 to bring my mother who has pneumonia symptoms. It is now 21h30 and she hasn't been seen by a doctor.

Very very upset. I got to Esselen clinic today 03/03/20 at 9:30 I sat on the chairs moving with the que that was very slow.only to get in the consultation room at 15:55 to be told to come back next day because they are knocking off, to make the matters worse that old lady told me the alarm is gonna make noise if there's still people in the building by 4 so security is chasing them away. I'm really disgusted with this kind of service,I spent my whole day off just to go wipe the chairs.my baby didn't get her immunization. The nurse had started to write on my baby's card and on the record book but her friend was giving her pressure to return everyone that was still on the chairs at 3pm but the sister continued until she couldn't take any more of the pressure her colleague was giving her.. it's so painful bcz we do not afford to go to private clinics where people's needs come first.

Great service from Mofolo CHC emergency team especially a man named Phillip. The security personnel was also healthful and I appreciate that. Within a few hours a relative was taken by an ambulance to Bheki Mlangeni hospital to Bara with such ease. Thank you to the paramedics, nurses and doctors.
