Phoned to inquire to exchange 3 extinguishers for refill units. No answer. Phoned 5 minutes later, answered by female employee who couldn't give me basic info on price etc.Brought in extinguishers next day (Friday) to exchange. Door opened at 14h47. The person who deals with extinguishers has left and we close at 15h00". This conversation ( same lady who answered phone) was conducted at front gate as it was clear that the staff was keen to leave.Unprofessional. Avoid."
