Bay Laundry

Was told to go and finish up my laundry at my house even after explaining I ddnt have a washer and still paid.

No customer service whatsoever, the owners act as if they are doing a favor by taking in laundry, given back still damp, they dont seem to need any new business

Wonderful service always..Kind ,polite staff so helpful.Clean machines and facilities always .

They ruined my clothing!!after paying i discover shirts+other items turned purple, blue, pink dye or colouring or who know what it is everywhere.(This clothes has been washed together for months not by them with no issues).My quality clothing turned into unwareable floor rags,They hid the items in between other clothing as u recieve it in a bag once done & cant go through everything on the spot.once i got home i only saw it. They did not tell me about this until i went back .Once i went back they knew exactly no one wanted to take responsibilty+ i had to pay for this.All the clothes i trusted to them are either destroyed or smells Terrible.no one even apologised for this .i will not use them again.as they did not even have the decincy of telling me.

This is the worst laundry service in Gordons Bay. Dirty machines and the owner is very rude, hence the staff miserable . Better go somewhere else!

My washing was handed in on a Thursday, by Sunday it wasn't ready. I took what was ready. I discovered shirts with marks that wasn't on them previously. Many of my items ruined.
