Therapist did not even bother to introduce herself and the second one came later in the room after we undressed and already facing down and she left as soon as she was done before we could even remove the blindfolds. We are still asking ourselves who the other person was. They were not welcoming at all. The massage was ok and it would have been better if we were made comfortable. We had a bad first time experience. At some point we thought maybe that is how they're supposed to be until I saw other reviews here.

Booked a couples massage for Sat 11am and still waiting for therapists to arrive. No communication whatsoever. Just left in the room twiddling our thumbs trying to figure out what going on. Something that should be relaxing ande enjoyable had become very irritating and frustrating. Wouldn't recommend them.

Lovely and relaxing just a little bit of extra care could be taken to ensure cupboards and drawers are closed quietly while on the massage room.

We were spoiled to the max! Sisiko, Yanella and Anathi were very professional and left us feeling very relaxed. We had the full-body massage and pressure point treatment. You deserve it now go and get that spa treatment!

Beds weren't in proper working order. The floor was sticky. You could actually hear the therapists shoes sticking to the floor. Smell of rancid oil in the room and towels. Therapist did not know how to massage properly. My bones got rubbed, that was about it. It was so bad I had to walk out.
