We visited to purchase a fish tank and were disappointed in the lack of options available. I’d even phoned ahead to ask about tanks and was told they’d received new stock - the shelves in all sections are sadly half empty and in short supply of stock in all departments.The gentleman who assisted us was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely store with friendly staff. Website needs business hours added to it and not just on Google Maps. Would love it if they were open until 6pm daily. Would help so much if I have forgotten something at another shop that they stock.

Phonecalls to the store go unanswered more often than not, but the store itself is excellent.They had a great range of exotic pets who seemed well looked after; plenty of good supplies; and friendly service.

They have good prices but terrible service. You have to beg them to help you.

Unfortunately dog food stock levels were extremely low. Always a nice shop to visit adjacent to the Garden Shop and Munch Eatery. All of this makes for a good combination for a relaxed shopping visit.

This is where I got my budgie. They have really good prices and the staff are really helpful clean cages and good condition animals would definitely recommend.

The pet store is clean & well stocked with pet supplies. Everytime I have been in store, their animals are well looked after, clean containers, food & water clean & available. They have really good trading hours, even on public holidays I have found them open. Situated conveniently by the garden shop, so you can get your pet & garden goodies all in one convenient shopping space.There is ample parking, which is securely guarded. So you can shop with peace of mind. Plus the fact they have been running in the same place for many years, indicates they have a passion not just for pet care, but to run a good business successfully all this time. With it being winter now, it is a good idea to get your pets new cozy bedding. Yes your furbaby would love you even more for it. I find their goods are really brilliantly well priced & I have shopped around & compared & they come out tops here with getting more bang for your buck as they say. Plus the owner, management & staff welcome engagement, whenever I have had questions, or solved any query timeously. I am truly genuinely impressed by this store.

This used to be the place to go to. Exotic pets and the like. Since COVID, it seem to have gone down. Stock is limited, and where there used to be lots of animals that has also dwindled. I hope it recovers.

Great variety. Stock all the right food and equipment. The staff reallly know what they are talking about. I always find something nice for my exotic pets (snake, chameleon, spider)
