I was absolutely impressed with the service I received from the store, more specifically Sfiso Sibiya. I contacted the store on Tuesday looking for a red tracksuit and I required it by Saturday 6 June 2020 for a gift. He had the Tracksuit top but not the same size in pants. Sfiso contacted me via whatsapp and kept in constant contact about his plan of action on getting the pants. He arranged an inter branch transfer and contacted me first thing Saturday morning to let me know the stock had arrived. He was extremely helpful, used his own data to keep in contact. He went above and beyond to assist his customer and for that I believe he deserves the recognition for the way he demonstrated himself. I he will receive the recognition he deserves for best employee. Thank you Sfiso

Staff should let people look first but they pounce on you as you walk in which really puts a person off from shopping there
