Ordered food for delivery an hour and 40 minutes ago. No news. Drove to Steers, was greeted unenthusiastically by staff only to be hold the driver was on his way" and had "just left" to deliver my food. I chat with a gentleman who confirms my order and that a driver was on the way. Drove back home and still no driver or food in sight.Have phoned multiple times only for the call to be dropped after 2.5 minutes.Terrible communication

Absolutely disappointed in the service. Ordered an hour and 40 mins ago, still no food in sight. I called twice, the 1st time I said my order and number and then got ignored for the rest of the call and got no answer. 2nd call I was told my food was on it's way and the driver had just left, that was 40 mins ago. I live 5 mins away from the steers. You cannot track or view your order or even find out how long it will take. It is absolutely pathetic.Food arrived after 2 hours

Bought a burger and chips on Friday. The burger was okay, but the chips was something else, as if it was old and just reheated. I expected so much better.

Worst Ice cream I have ever tasted. Staff does not know the menu. When ask for assistance they give you an attitude. These people should start realising we the client are paying there salaries. Will never use this steers again.

Went to this specific steers a week ago to get ice cream or milkshake, and they did not have, went today and still does not have ice cream or milk shake. Very disappointing.

Worst Steers I have been to rude staff with stinking attitude's that made it really terrible and I asked them for some sauces for my fries we orderd to burgers with two chips they gave us one bbq sauce, I will never support this steers again it is truly terrible thank you for showing me what does Steers stands for now I know to stay away.

This branch is now CLOSED while Queenswood Galleries are being completely rebuilt. So are Debonairs and Fishaways. Other shops including Shoprite are closed, but Absa has a temporary branch at the BP service station 500 m away in Stead Ave. Also the post office has temporary PO boxes there.
