The collection service there by the gate , very bad bad, the old light skinned lady must take her pension money, she doesn't know how to speak to people at all.

So it says it's open on Saturday and when we come here they are closed ..why don't you guys fix your system even on the internet so that we know you close on Saturdays

The queues are so long but expected as it is a busy place. The security officers were very helpful to me as I didn't know the place at all. The examiner was great too he explained everything to our class and prepared us for our test. The female toilet are horrible, only one toilet worked and the rest were taped closed. The smell in the toilets is disgusting.

I had an appointment to apply to renew my drivers licence for 08h50. I arrived at 08h20 ( 30 minutes before my appointment). I had to join the back of a queue outside with more than 50 people ahead of me. Meanwhile young guys would come to the que soliciting money from people that wanted to go in promptly. Those that paid money were whisked in through the door. I only managed to go inside 4 hours later. The security guards at the door had queman numbers already printed that they gave haphazardly. Once I was inside I did not take long because I had come with an eye test from Spec Savers; also miraculously the queman number that I had been given was called ahead of other people who were already inside when I went in.On the whole, I wonder why we have to go through the trouble of booking a date and a time slot if we must still queue outside in the sun for 4 hours before we are even attended to.

Not user friendly at all staff started to work at 8h20 we waited almost 1 h30 to get our cards some of us were there b4 7h30 staff attitude not friendly at all

Service not that good. I was there and done within 1 hour. Thanks to online booking system

Bad customer service from a old lady at counter 3 at drivers license renewal. Rude with the intention to undiginfy

Worst traffic department you can go to. No organizational structure, they send you everywhere and you might bot even end up getting what you went there for in the 1st place.If you can go to another traffic dept, I highly suggest you do that.
