Our second time here. First time was really good. This time with a half empty restaurant we waited an hour for chicken strips for kids and a snack board for adults. Waitress was nowhere to be seen. We had to ask twice for her. Managers just as bad. There’s absolutely no experience in dealing with customers. When we complained the manager just went to call the waitress and left it to her to deal with. Food tastes really good but service is not. Pity.

Our favorite spot in Ballito and we went back twice. Great atmosphere, loads of drink and food options. Tables a plenty and really nice staff. Good coffee too.

Amazing food and friendly service. A great place to watch the game and have food and drinks with friends. The menu has some fun items on it and prices are very reasonable.

Haven't been in Ballito for a few years. On a recent visit, I went to have dinner at The Barrel, and what a nice place it is!! Not only are they very friendly, but there was no hesitation to accommodate the dogs to come in and sit down with us. Such great and friendly service!The food is very delicious, and they have many beverage options to enjoy on your night out. The place has a great vibe, I highly recommend this as a stop on your night out!

Firstly great atmosphere, nicr cold beers but the star here for me was the burger. Amazing does not come close. One of the best burgers i had. I highly re recommend this spot. Bring the family and trust me you wont be disappointed .Thank you barrel everything was great.

Everything about this place is amazing except for the service/ advertising. The have their Wacky Wednesday promotion, but the burgers you get don’t come with half the food you see on the promotion. It’s a plain burger with sauce and small lettuce. The ad showed cheese tomato ect. The waitress did not mention this to us at the time. When we got the food I thought it was someone else’s order, and the wedges are definitely a big no.The beer on tap was good though, I’d recommend this place, but make sure you know what your ordering first.

I Just went There Tonight and Let me Tell You... The Best Restaurant I have Ever Been To..! The Service Was Excellent, The Vibe, the Food.. Down to Perfection!! The Waiters were Lovely and So Helpfull and Just Everything Was Explicit!! Thank you SO SO much!!

Awesome vibe, wonderful food and the service is quick! Like, it's on eof those spots where you the burgers are awesome, the seafood is jst right - Crispy and light! The beers and ciders are cold... Well there you have it
