Great product and go an unexpected discounted upon paying. Very helpful and knowledgeable.Only hiccup was finding them - Google Maps & photos are not 100% and no visible street signage, so drove up and down a few times before finding the office.

Prompt service, no hidden costs or or other strange doings. A company like this needs to be supported.

Great prices but be prepared to wait a week or more for your order to be delivered. I've ordered from them 3 times and 2 of those times, I had to wait a week of more for delivery. they also don't answer emails. You'd need to call them and actually ask them to read the email you sent hours or days ago.

I find the service really great, the follow-up calls to get the correct product to me was great.

I was initially very impressed by the value and quick delivery of my ink cartridges. My order consisted of 3 x each (black and color), worked fine when I used the first cartridge of each but when I changed over a second time nothing worked, black faulty - nothing coming through and color cartridge not printing colors correctly. After noticing this, I sent them an email on Monday 25 January but but received no response for weeks. At wits end I tried calling and got through to Dinesh who saved the day! I received replacement cartridges by mail and all working well. Not sure why emails go unanswered but thank you for the quick service in correcting my order - I appreciate it!

Stay far away. If I could give 0 stars I would've. Placed order on the 16th...was promised it will be processed and dispatched on the 21st. Now the 30th of April and no package, no correspondence, no tracking number nothing. Blatant thievery.

I had a problem with 2 of my Cartridges and Dinesh send me 2 replacements without hassle. Thank you. I would recommend faster communication though I dont think this is something that they have mastered yet..

I placed an order on 12 April 2020. After phoning them they confirmed the order will be dispatched 21 April 2020. To date, no tracking number. No further communication. Poor.

Absolutely awesome staff and service
