Helped me twice on the horrible 70km Malgas/Infanta gravel road stuck with two flat tyres. The service was world-class!!!! Don’t even think of phoning anyone else!!!!

Two weeks ago we suffered misfortune with our Venter-trailer 15km outside Riverdale & were left without a usable spare tyre. The AA despatched Kobus Burger of Allies Towing to assist. He promptly loaded our trailer on a low-bed truck and kept it in safe storage till the next morning. When we arrived at their business premises, we found that Kobus had on his own initiative repaired the bodywork so we could continue our travel & had on his own initiative sourced a rim & tyre and fitted it. THE BEST BUSINESS IN SOUTH AFRICAOn the 23rd December my husband, myself and our little pug, Paddington, were travelling from Cape Town to Knysna to spend time with family for Christmas.At about 21h00, 10 kilometers outside of Riversdale, our car started shuddering and lost power. It was raining and pitch dark so with hazards on we limped slowly into the town as we were very anxious about pulling over.Whilst my husband was on the phone to our insurance company, a flatbed tow truck from Allies Towing Company, Mossel Bay pulled into the garage where we had stopped. Coincidentally, our insurance company was speaking to Collin, the director of Allies Towing Company.My husband then got chatting to Mark, the driver of the flatbed who was waiting for another family. Mark was constantly on the phone to Collin about our predicament. They organised a flatbed to drive from Mossel Bay, accommodation was arranged, and Mark stayed with us till 00h30 until he knew his colleague, Kobus, was 40 kilometers away from Riversdale.In the pouring rain, with a smile, Kobus expertly loaded our vehicle onto the flatbed and drove us to the arranged accommodation in Mossel Bay. Nothing was too much trouble for this incredible team.After dropping us off at 2h00 the team were at their premises by 8am on the 24th of December trying to figure out what was wrong with our vehicle. Collin even offered us his personal car to get to our family in Knysna.The team expertly diagnosed the problem.Collin was in constant communication with us over the Festive weekend and when businesses re-opened he organised parts and repaired our vehicle.The kindness, professionalism, workmanship and care was of a standard that I have never before experienced in South Africa.We met as strangers but parted as friends. Thank you does not express enough of what we would like to say to Collin, Mark and Kobus. You are true gentlemen with an exceptional work ethic and offer an unmatched, one of a kind service to the community.

My insurance company contacted Colin Edwards the owner.....within 30 mins my bakkie was loaded on the flatbed and Colin himself drove me 130 kms home. I was treated with such kindness and empathy. Well done Colin and Mark you guys were my superheroes today. Thank you so much.Elaine. Stilbaai

10-STAR SERVICE AND HONESTY!!!I cannot recommend Allies Towing MORE! Our gearbox broke-down leaving us stranded on the N2. Allies Towing went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! They towed us 1.5hrs to Mossel Bay after hours, at a reasonable rate. The owner Colin was waiting upon arrival at 10pm at night. They stores all our valuables safely over night, lent us his personal car, helped us find a hotel to stay in and had a gearbox specialist working on my Ford Ranger at 8am the next morning. 90mins later my car was fixed and when anyone else could have ripped us off, they didn't. HONOURABLE, PROFESSIONAL and HUMAN. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Seriously, we need more business owners like this in the world. Thank you Colin and team!

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and we were traveling to the Eastern Cape (Engcobo) for a funeral. We had a car breakdown just about 30 minutes away from Swellendam. We called the first car towing service company we saw on Google and they could not really help us but they recommended Allies Towing Services. When we called they were immediately willing to help us. They sent a nice gentleman (Mark) and this guy brought a glimpse of hope as soon as he arrived to tow our car to Mosselbay. He grees us with so much enthusiasm and he hugs my wife; then I immediately knew that we are in safe hands. The car engine was dead and we had to wait for at least 2 days in Mosselbay for a new engine from Cape Town and for the old one to be stripped and the new one reinstalled. They did their best and off we traveled to the Eastern Cape. The new engine was giving us some problems on our way to and from the Eastern Cape. On our way back to Cape Town we decided to take the car in again and the gentleman were ready to get another engine and install it for no charge this time.The gentleman I am talking about is Colin, Kobus and James. James doesn't talk that much but he does a lot of talking with his magical hands. These guys are just dedicated to what they are doing and they won't let you go until you are happy. For Colin and his team its not just about business but its about customer satisfaction too. I highly recommend Allies Towing Services and I dare you try them when you have a problem and see if you will be disappointed.After the car was completely fixed we continued with our journey back to Somerset West and Colin kept on checking up on us to make sure that we were safe and all was well.It was frustrating times for us and God sent us a team of Angels in the form of Allies Towing Services.Thank you guys and we will surely meet again whenever we happen to drive by.

A very big thank you to Lindie and Mark who assisted me extremely efficiently on a late Sunday afternoon in Mossel Bay. They were both so professional and friendly. Mark sorted out the car battery in minutes.

Colin for president. Most honest and kind business in the country. I can’t rate Colin and the Allies team highly enough. We had gearbox trouble between Swellendam and Heidelberg and he was so kind and efficient with his service and he literally went way beyond in terms of looking out for us. We got towed to his yard in Mosselbay and stayed the night in town to wait for a diagnoses in the morning (our end destination still a 2hr drive and the car was loaded with everything but the kitchen sink). Within an hour of opening he had diagnosed and fixed the problem and kept us in the loop the whole time.Business like this give me hope in this country and in humanity. Thanks so much for just being so damn nice to us through what could have been a frustrating and drawn out experience. Made the journey much more fun!
