Ordered mutton Briyani got a chicken Briyani instead , ordered from Uber eats… My 2L soft drink was also missing luckily the Uber driver came to my rescue

Super disappointed!! Food was absolutely horrible. I ordered mutton bunny and chicken wrap via uber eats app. The bunny came wrapped in foil, was so soggy( the bread was wet), tasteless. I was eating porridge and curry. The wrap is okay but had less fillings. Order was a waster of money.

I had ordered 8 chicken and mayo sandwiches via the Mr. D App. It had no mayo in it. It was just toast with dry pieces of chicken in between. This isn't the first time I had an issue with the meals from this establishment. Would not recommend #1Star

Very disappointed with the food from Elachi we purchased there special yesterday 9/01/2022 & this morning it was gone off it was refrigerated after eating. Absolutely disgusted even the briyani didnt tatse good it was soggy and tatseless plus had less chicken extra spice it tasted worst then boiled food... if youll do read your reviews i can come in n teach you'll how to make briyani very disappointing.Contacted Elachi today spoke to the manager about the food regrettably he advised he informed his BOSS end of day and no response from them gusse they do not appreciate there costumers. Leasson well learnt not to buy from them again.

Ordered food for R300+ however the food came packaged poorly bunnies came capsized and even tho the option to add a coleslaw was there it came as if it was just thrown into the container chips was burnt...called the store very rudely spoken to by a guy who sarcastically says that the chips is brown not burnt as if I don't know the difference and that they don't pack bunnies upside down...this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced n by far the worst goddammn place I've ordered food from as the amount spent isn't R10 to R20 n this treatment is balls.To the owner of the sunford branch if u value ur customers change your cook as well as the person who answers ur phone as a small guy he has no way of speaking no empathy and is plain down rude!!!!

So disappointed!! Food was absolutely horrible. We ordered mutton bunny, samp and mutton and a mutton breyani. The bunny came wrapped in foil, was so soggy, tasteless. The samp was just oil, samp over cooked can hardly see it, in a small container with like 4 pieces of meat. It tastes terrible. The mutton breyani was the worst I've ever tasted. Please change your chef. We took one bite and threw the rest away.

Ordered the chicken breyani and bunny special. Bunny tasted burnt and breyani was very spicy and also tasted more like fish breyani than chicken. The rice did not look fresh. Had a similar experience at the umhlanga branch regarding the burnt taste in the Bunny.

Had a mutton briyani, super tasty and really generous portion, ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Also got a portion of soji which was next level, creamy and oh so decadant. My only regret is not ordering 2 portions of soji.
