The service is a tad slow but the security was kind enough to look after my dogs whilst a shopped quickly. City living does not always allow one to leave your beloved pets somewhere while go and give your money to a local business.Perhaps reconsider your pet policy.

Typical of Communica sales staff. When it gets to 3pm good luck receiving attention to detail from any front of house sales at communica. Because all they want to do is go home and the go slow" bug bites. Even if you suggest an exchange rather than a cash refund

Always check your order after collection. Most times, either the wrong components were entered by the sales guy or the wrong ones were retrieved from the stock guys out the back. I don't live close so it's very frustrating to get home and realise you have the wrong parts or missing parts. Some staff are great. Some are grumpy as hell! The whole collection process seems very inefficient. Could be a great store but I always leave feeling disappointed.

Very friendly, and helpful sales staff when dealing with the company over the telephone. However, being a walk-in customer is a completely different situation: the counter staff member that served me was very grumpy and unfriendly, and the efficiency levels in the shop are severely lacking.

Bought an item from Communica Millerton branch i wanted to see the item first they didn't had stock. Ms Souhrah went the extra mile to get stock for me that i want to see first.( These online buying i have learned the hard way.)And support from there on only stores witch have a reputable name. So yes as the devil wants it a small problem jump up with the product, and i took it back with no hesitation Mr Agmad and Mr Muneer and the manager assist me with the fault that occur during the use of the product.They are only a retail shop, people must remember it.Well the product has been investigated and send to supplier to exchange or fix i dont want a refund,cause i need the product.What would have happen if i bought it online and try to get hold of supplier with the voice on other side say subscriber not available?Thumbs up for Communica and their staff for professional service.Thanks alot.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good stock levels and reasonable pricing. It will be my goto supplier in the future. My only small gripe is the scarcity of customer parking, hence the 4 stars.

I really like the new premises, much better parking options are and an all-round bigger store. The people that work there are there are friendly and helpful and they even have a few specialist that can help solve most electrical problems. Although service is a bit slow they make up for it with a great attitude

For all your electronics and tinkering needs.They have been going for many years. I have been using them since the early Woodstock days. Their new store is much nicer. The only thing I can fault is the limited parking space. They are in the now old yamaha store.The website is now also much better and user friendly. Orders over email and then just pop in to collect.

Please do note ..this shop you will need to know qhat you are looking for at a certain extent ..they have off the shelf parts but this is MOSTLY a counter sales , any gadgets and or electronics + electronics tools etc..I have uaed them for years and they have decent pricing and decent quality items..sure save money buy the same stuff on Amazon on other sites ..but know you will wait for shipping and for the cost difference sometimes it isn't worth it.
