Gave in my chainsaw in February to get fixed, after several weeks I started calling them and they always said they would get back to me and never did. Went to their shop a few times and always waiting for spares and covid excuses. In September they gave my chainsaw back and told me they couldn't repair it. I took it to another shop in Rustenburg and the folowing day it was repaired. Very bad experience for me and they will not see me again.
