I have , of recent , not had good experiences with service providers in Durban. However , having an installation done at East End Customs was such a pleasure from the advice given to service and delivery times to the finished product and the quality of it , exceeded my expections tenfold , and for that , I am extremely grateful.Not forgetting the the after sales. Thank you Rowan and the staff of East End Customs for proving that we still have some high quality service delivery in Durban

Well like anything you about to purchase one has to do a in-depth research about what they wantLike any other business East end customs are after making making money but that doesn't mean they will provide cheap Labor or offer cheap Labor or equipmentEven though we had a minor misunderstanding Rowen and his team made some efforts to resolve my issue and well even though i was angry initially but at The end my issues and concerns were resolved and well their customer Service is the best along with the neatness of their workWill definitely use them in The future

Called in for quote, i was advised to come and get assisted with the quote, no problem, i enter the premises on this Friday, there’s lady at reception advising someone will help you after you drive your car inside the shop, which i did, after 20 mins waiting and walking around the shop seeing these gentleman work on another car, not one of them asked if i need assistance to be helped eventually no one came and assisted me, shop is horrible and upholds bad customer service, i don’t advise anyone to ever go to East End Customs and have there car fitted with sound if customer service is at zero to non existent rate imagine the craftsmanship and work ethics of this establishment.

Came in to ask for help rewiring my sound. Rowen assisted. I didn't have to wait for a long story or bring my car back another day. He told me to leave it with them and they would fix it. He advised me on what to do and kept in contact with me. Excellent friendly professional service. My sound system was redone and rewired super clean. Will definitely go back to them.
