To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and food I received at your restaurant on 21/01/2023. My family and I had been looking forward to trying your famous beef stew, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.Firstly, the beef stew that we ordered was off. The smell and taste were both unappealing and it was clear that the dish had not been properly prepared or stored.To make matters worse, my son fell ill after consuming the bad stew. He complained of stomach pains and nausea and had to be rushed to the GP. We are now left with medical bills and the fear that this will happen again if we ever choose to dine at your restaurant in the future.I am extremely disappointed with the poor service by your staff and the poor quality of the food we were served. I expect better service and quality from a restaurant of your reputation. I hope that this matter is addressed and resolved promptly, as I do not wish for anyone else to experience the same issues we did.
