Burger King Sasol Disa Drive-thru (Halaal)
This was not the experience I had hoped for. The place is EXTREMELY noisy. The ladies taking the orders only have one volume and that is very loud.The food was ok.There were some sodas out of stock.The area is frequented by vagrants and beggars.My car's alarm went off, I can only assume someone wanted to break in.There are other Burger Kings in Gqeberha, which I would rather visit in the future.

Service there is usually bad. Just 20 minutes earlier I stood there, waiting to order, and this young girl, Lee, was politely telling me that she is just finishing something. She had a receipt with her and asked for assistance, but her colleagues insisted that she serve me, while two others were standing in front of their tills avoiding me.

The place is small with only two usable tables for dining. We had to sit and eat on a dirty table because previous customers did not throw their leftovers in the bin, and no one bothered to come remove them for the next set of customers. Otherwise overall the place is okay, just a bit small.

Used to be so good when first opened the whopper one used to very reasonable and delicious. Now lately I dread if someone says Burger King cause the service is horrible and nothing ever works.The whopper has gotten smaller but the price gotten steeper! I mean a junior whopper costs R50 while a normal whopper is R65 doesn’t make sense !Got to the speaker and I had to re order three times with three different people very annoying and their screen clearly doesn’t work ever!over this past year I’ve only been three times and of those three only gotten meals twice cause of the poor service and lack of card machines / any machines working …

Dissapointed! Bought 2 x King size combo meals and extra chips on our way home. Had to wait in the parking lot for 15min before I received my order. Drove home, which is about 15kms away only to find that there's a burger with no pattie?? Tried phoning them, no answer. Also asked for extra mayo which we did not receive. Customers, rather check your order before you leave Burger King.

Food was excellent! Atmosphere and service only gets a 3 this time, as they had problems with their card facilities and everyone seemed to be tense about it. Might continue to be a problem if they can't sort it out as the couple in front of hubby did not have cash to pay for their order.

I ordered and paid for a sugar free drink with my food but my husband ordered a non sugar free drink with his. The staff didn’t bother to indicate which drink was sugar free by pressing down the tab. Bad service.
