I went to @Home just over a year ago to find out more about the Breville Barista Express. I was assisted by a gentleman named Amaya who brought a demo out from the back and went over the machine step by step. This man was very professional and helped me make my decision to purchase. Sadly the machine started presenting with issues several months later such as leaks, random poor extractions and a weak burr grinder. Most likely a default that slipped through the cracks. I returned nearly a year later on a Friday and the people there remembered who I was and still asked about my son whom was just 2 months old at the time of purchase. After explaining the faults with Amaya he said he will take it in and get it looked at. The following week Monday I got a call from him saying I must come in and fetch my new coffee machine. @Home did a complete new replacement of the machine with a new 1 year warranty before even having it checked at the factory. I've never known any business to do this. The type of customer service I received is a rare oddity these days. Outstanding professionalism and quality service from the staff there. Well done guys!
