The staff had a could not care less attitude" and offered a R50 discount on a job that will cost more than R600 to repair . I will never support them again and hope the reader takes notice of trading with this horrible company."

Owners daughter is very rude . She cant talk 2 customers give silly excuses for work not done been waiting since 29th Nov for R90 piece of glass it's the 2nd dec they super bad service I will not ever use them again rather go 2 glass and aluminum dont waist ur time on kg glass so upset .

This seems to be a family business. How I know - I was served by a very arrogant young lady who obviously knows nothing about customer service and CPA. As long as she is boss nothing else matters. She even shouted at staff in front of customers and said she would take money from their salary. I had come to fit glass on a small window frame. After she had stipulated the price I agreed. The window came back with 'shatterproof glass and she told me to pay more because it was shatterproof. I said we agreed on a price and because of her attitude I requested my window back as I brought it. No apologies but blamed me for 'refusing to pay more'. When I said I will escalate they laughed and said 'she is the boss' obviously not thinking about cinsumer laws and not even thinking about my time wasted there. Very unprofessional

KG replaced 12 big siding door glass panels for us. They gave a fair quote, and finished the job promptly. The workers on site were professional, but did not have all the tools they needed to complete the job neatly. When the guy pulled out a pocket knife to cut the window rubbers, I rather fetched our cutter. We would use the company again.

Rude, expect to wait all day for a call out or hours if you take a window to them. Over priced Rather go somewhere else like Margate Glass.
