McDonald's Plattekloof Drive-Thru
Ordered through the drive-thru. They got the size of my meal order wrong... at the collection window the lady had her back turned towards me chatting to her coworkers. I received my burger without the chips and the burger was cold. She coughed twice, not allergy cough, bronchitis cough... and then she touched my food. Gross... will not go there again

Poorest McDonald's ever.My 3yo daughter went to play area while we waited for food. She went down the slide through another kids vomit from earlier in the day (we were only ones in play area).I immediately reported it to staff who seemed to not care very much. I had to warn other parents arriving and had to ask again before staff would close off the play area.I had to call for help (for wet wipes and clothes) and was offered zero help while we waited there in the stench.I guess this is the service to expect from a non owner run fast food joint with staff that don't care.Edit: got a generic response from their customer care which I responded to with zero reply. Oh dear. It seems even at a corporate level service is lacking.

The pc screen at the drive through is very badly sun damaged, looks bad and difficult to read. Supose it doesn't matter cause when a special order is requested , even though it is repeated back to me correctly, and invoiced correctly, it was still executed incorrectly by the kitchen. Unfortunately not a great representation for the MacDonald's group...

Waited over 30min for food then when I got home the chips were way too salty. It just tasted of salt. I had to throw it away.

Always busy and quick service. It's your typical McDs. I enjoy going inside to use their automated, self-service panels - it's fun!

Good service from the team, and they always prepare my breakfast and meals just the way I love them. Great leadership skills from the team-leader, when there’s too much noise in the kitchen, she lets everyone know that they’re there to serve customers and not to gossip.
