Called in for a quote, which I thought was reasonable. They requested I bring in my vehicle so that they could correctly match the pads to the model for a more accurate quote (every company I asked quotes from had the same approach). Arrived at the premises about 15 minutes after the call. Wheels off, and 10 minutes later received an updated quote, which was a no brainer and I had the vehicle seen to straight away. Within an hour I left, having had my front discs skimmed and new pads fitted. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend Graaff Brakes!

Called Grafff Brakes on Thursday requesting a quote for disc skimming and brake pads for my chevrolet spark. Asked about price and quality of pads, and was very well informed about which makes to use and which to stay away from. Called again to make sure about price and what all is included and took the car in on Saturday Morning as they work on a first come, first served basis. Was at their shop just after 7, 07:30 they said I can pull my car in and they started skimming whilst waiting for shops to open. Very friendly service with a smile, knowledgeable and great advice on brakes. Highly recommended

Good pricing just a pirty my car has a shudder that wasn't on the car before taking it to Graaff brakes. On car disk skimming not always a good option I guess.
