Second time I use them it's my go to place when in CPT. I love the color change options. Bridget and Naomi were my nail techs and both have done a great job.Wish can take them with...The price is really reasonable less than R600 for soak off hands and feet, pedicure, gelish toes and feet.Thanks ladies. I dealt with The Treat at Bayside Mall, found staff to be totally uninterested in helping me. Wanted a manicure with gel overlay, booked for the following morning even though there wasn't anyone in the salon when I went in at 11am, told I had to have it with Zama if my memory serves right. Had to cancel as I was needed at yet another Dr's appointment and tried calling on the number on the Google search with no answer. The consultant or the receptionist did not bother to call or WhatsApp me, I had left my number, so that I could reschedule. Sis they expect me as a visitor to CT with no transport of my own to revisit in person to change the appointment? On reading other reviews it's just as well, as noone raves about their work.

Worst experience with a nail salon I've ever experienced. The nail tech cut my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding, a week later and I still have a scab on my one cuticle. I repeatedly told her that it hurt.It would've been fine if the quality of the nails were good, but my nails were shaped skew and filled uneven and after 7 days one has fallen off and the gel polish is chipped. This would've been acceptable if I was someone who worked heavily with my hands, but u have a 9-5 office job.Overall overpriced and low quality.

Got my nails done the other day, the lady was butchering my cuticles and I’m not impressed with the service. My fingers were bleeding and they now have scabs on them. Some of the staff are extremely nice, but others are not well enough experienced.

The worst experience I have ever had! I went in for a gel fill. The lady filed off all my gel and pulled out all my cuticles. When I showed the manager how butchered my cuticles were and how disgusting the gel was put on, she shrugged and said my skin is probably sensitive. I had to go to the doctor, it was so painful. Had to get antibiotic ointment and disinfect my poor cuticles 3 x a day. It's only starting to heal now after a week.

They are good and with the nails, I love the fact that my nails didn't become weak after removal. So I walked in earlier and the lady (manager) was giving each person their own nail technician, she told me to wait because the lady who will do my nails is coming. Imagine she came, we starting to do my nails so excited , she stopped the lady to do another person nails without communication instead of preparing a lady aside that would be doing the nails for whoever she promised that would do nails and plus she even said first comes first serves. She told one client that if they don't come on time, she will have to let other clients be served because they won't wait . Now look at what she did to me?! She stopped the nail technician from doing my nails , to do the nails of the person who decided to leave and go somewhere. So I called her and told her bout those bulls behaviour. All she could do was apologies after apologies because I left. I told her i will never do my nails there again!!I am so disappointed.

I booked an appointment at 11,got there and had to wait for 30 mins if they had told me a day before that 11am slit was taken I would have opted for another time. Nyasha did my manicure so nicely.i asked if they just do painting and ofcz enquired the price for since I was already done with manicure and the lady told me that it was R50 for the simple painting. The lady who did my pedicure is Gina she looked as if though she is learning I don't know how many times she removed the nail polish after that I was told to pay R130. It's quite shocking as it's my first time there,unfortunately I'm not going to this shop again. There is nothing about the treat""

Did my nails today. Process took 3 hours for a simple acrylic. Got home and my acrylics started coming off. Worst nails ever!!! Waste of money and time!! So regretting going there. Tried calling their number to report this but the number provided on the website does not work. I would not recommend doing your nails there

The lady with the dreadlocks is rude.Very unhelpful. I should have read the reviews before coming here. The environment is hostile.The basins have leaks , poorly maintained establishment.
