Debonairs Pizza
Poor customer service. Ordered for delivery at 8pm and did not get my order. Called again at 9:30 to follow up on my order and the agent said it was processed. At the time of writing, it is now 10:15 and the store is closed. I requested for my call to be transferred to the store manager and the call immediately ended. Lack of communication to a customer of 15 years. Poor.

Debonairs small pizzas are delectable - four flavours from which to choose, deliciously made and more than enough to quench that desire for an excellent pizza that doesn't leave you feeling overly full.The small pizza prices have increased but they are still good value for money.

Worst ever! Don't deliver when they say they will. Shayder puts phone down on you multiple times. When I call to complain I get 'sharp' as a response. I get sighed at! I get pushed aside with zero response. No one calls back when I've been waiting almost 2 hours. Customer service??? Zero!!!

The service was extremely slow. They have only been serving the online orders and are taking over an hour to serve the walk-ins. I have never had such an experience and is extremely dissapointed. There was a customer that wanted yo cancel her order because of the length of time it was taken to prepare it. Many of the customers were frustrated with the service of debonaires and began to complain but still the service was slow.

I came in person for my pretty straightforward order. I waited more than 30 minutes. Mr D orders are pushed through first. Lesson learnt: do not order in person unless you want to wait.

Waited over 3 hours for 30 small pizzas only to be brought the incorrect order and then was still expected to pay for the incorrect order. Found out that the store had loadshedding - if a store has loadshedding why not decline the order instead of accepting it? I am disgusted as I've phoned 7 times, I was on the phone with a Head office representative but I have heard absolutely nothing.

This was a pathetic purchase. The staff was friendly but the quality of the pizza was terrible. If I could add a zero star review I would. The pizzas we purchased were just drowned in sauce. It's not just this Debonairs branch, but it's constant through every branch I've been to.

Rude staff with attitude. My boyfriend went to fetch our pizza ordered off Mr Delivery and showed them his order no. on the phone. The staff just stood around and ignored him and sat on their phones. Our pizza stood cold on the shelf. He had to ask again and then only did they give us the pizza. Also, the medium size pizza is a complete rip off. It is tiny

I would give them zero stars if that was a option. The pizza was very disappointing. We ordered a triple decker from the Tokai branch and it was disgusting( that's me being nice). It was 60% Mayo,30% tomato,mushroom and onion and 10% chicken( that is me being generous)..as they clearly were not. Not even my 9 year old kid liked it. He said it tasted like barf on a plate.
