What an absolute horrifying way to treat customers. Staff was so rude. Their door sign was clearly stating open and I walked in. Got the most disgusting comments and got shouted at by staff saying can’t I read they are closed five minutes prior to closing. Clearly they have zero interest in business but also. Genuinely. That is not the way to treat people. You will never be successful with this attitude. Please either change your attitude or close your store.

Dealing with Teresa is like pulling teeth out. She has no sense of urgency, very lacklustre. She has no problem telling you that she hasn’t checked emails for a day or so. Unattended mails cause delays that she is not bothered by. Still waiting for her to send me gift boxes that she said she would send me images shortly. It’s now a day later and still nothing. Dealing with her is painful
