I cannot say enough about the incredible service I receive every time from this branch! The staff - no matter who they are are so friendly and kind! The mechanics and behind the scenes guys have helped me out over the years without a moment hesitation. Took my Forester for a major service, but a week later, and 400 kilometers away on a Saturday, the car just would not start, and all the mechanics were closed, and it was impossible to find an auto electrician, eventually got back to Port Elizabeth, I had the battery checked out and all the places said that the battery was okay, phoned Lester bring it in anytime "

We arrived at the Subaru dealership yesterday after 2pm and as I parked the car, even before I really could communicate the issue with the Foreseter, Robin said the smell is coming from the CV boot throwing grease onto the manifold.They were fully booked with a lot of vehicles in queue but hearing that we were from out of town and there is no dealership in Port Alfred he squeezed us in and trues as Bob is your uncle we had our vehicle fully repaired before 5pm and we were in time to fetch our visitor from the airport.Thank you Subaru, and big thumbs up to Robin! You guys rock!

We drove in from Cape Town and our Xenon headlight globes blew. These guys were on it in quick time on a Friday afternoon and replaced the globes free of labour charge. They even managed to get the second globe delivered from another supplier as they only had the one in stock.We are really happy with the awesome service delivered.
