Nine on Gray

Very disappointed in the service, hair stylists seem inexperienced & unprofessional. I asked for basic curls and left with my hair extremely over hair sprayed & barely any curls. 10/10 would not recommend.

Absolutely do not recommend! Paid R400 for curls for a wedding and as soon as I used to my hands to brush it through as instructed, I realized there were no curls. I was stuck with hair full of hair spray that was straight.Ontop of that it took nearly 2hrs to curl my hair with a straightener and my hair was pulled so badly during the process that my skull was burning after. All I asked for were light curls, pretty basic.

Professional stylist Okkie is excellent for the Brazilian hair treatment. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the salon is well equipped and comfortable

I recently popped into Nine on Gray for a quick wash and blow dry while in Knysna for the Simola Hillclimb. What a wonderful welcoming environment created by all the staff. Tami who has recently joined the team waved her magic wand and helped me resolve some colour issues and armed me with new information that I am extremely grateful for. If you live in Knysna I highly recommend Tami she is very talented and a wealth of knowledge. The fabulous Alyson has magical hands and sent me into another dimension with a head massage. I will be back again next year for allot more than a wash and blow dry.
