How this place gets such good reviews is beyond me. Their admin and customer service is absolutely awful. I arrived and they had forgotten to book me in and couldn’t find my booking, so I showed them the email correspondence. I was able to see Dr Yak who explained I needed a root canal treatment done urgently. He said I’d receive my quote and have to make an appointment to book in for that. A week later and I still hadn’t received my quote. It did eventually come… TWO weeks after my consult. On 26 May I requested my X-Ray, and she said she’d send it. Requested again 31 May and again 7 June. It’s October again and I’m still waiting. Needless to say, I never went back. I’m very disappointed as I was really looking forward to a pleasant dentist experience here, and never actually got to experience any dental work. I still haven’t had my “urgent” root treatment.

Had a great experience one of the best ever! Dr Lindy really goes the extra mile to make you comfortable and apart of the process, explaining every detail. These guys definitely deserve 10 stars! My new permanent Dentist!

I have been to a lot of dentists in my time. I can say that they are very professional and well informed when it comes to modern technology. They know how to treat a patient and go out of their way to make you comfortable.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr Yak Lindy!My two year old fell and broke her two front teeth, Dr Yak Lindy made a plan to see me immediately!He was super awesome, made my two year old feel so in her comfort zone, with personal touches to his consult like her favorite cartoon on the TV to calm her and even a gift to reward her!His rooms are immaculate and his medical advice is so brilliant!He has gone to all lengths to fix her teeth and help her keep her beautiful smile! Whereas the easy way would have just been to pull her milk teeth!I am so impressed and highly, highly recommend Dr Yak Lindy!

Was very surprised at how patient and informative Dr Yak Lindy was. He made sure I was comfortable and without pain throughout the entire minor surgery I had. He was also very accommodating with my anxiety that I have been recently diagnosed with.

It is very rare for me to give a 5 star rating on Google but my daughter and I visited Dr. Lindy after trying various other dentists to assist with having 4 teeth extracted. He was understanding, patient and assisted with no problems at all. My daughter says she will never go to another dentist because she loves Dr Lindy. Thank you to him and his team.

Dr Lindy has truly exceeded my expectations. He is a brilliant Doctor with your interest in mind. I have seen him treat all his patients with upmost care and respect. I really admire Dr Lindy and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Lindy for all you have done for me!
