After Sales experience poor, busy talking to Sales Assistant trying to figure out how to fit purchase when he walks away without any notice or feedback.Highly disappointed....

This is a review to warn potential customers of this company. I ordered parts for my Bajaj Pulsar 220F motorcycle and supplied them with all the correct part numbers for the parts I needed so that there could be no misunderstanding. Annelize the person which I dealt with emailed me and assured me that the correct parts was in stock. I deposited the money and paid the extra courier fees. After a week long wait for the parts to arrive I was shocked to find that they send me parts from another model of bike and a damaged oil cooler also not the correct one. The engine mounting I ordered was also off another model off bike and completely incorrect. Think twice before ordering from this company if you are from another province and unable to go into the business yourself.

After ADC has your money and you query something that’s still not working after having collected it from having been serviced, their attitude is too bad so sad there’s nothing they can do about it, totally unacceptable and disappointed, never again!!! Read below and see how many more people agree that their after service is non existent.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I PHONED FOR A 12 'inch TUBE WITCH THEY SAID THEY HAD I DROVE 40 KM TO GET THE TUBE ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY SOLD IT ,I TRULY BELIEVE THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING THE TUBE AT ALL JUST CANT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WOULD LIE LIKE THAT
