Keep up the good work guys my fibre relocation was done proffesionally and neatly and those who complain about service remember every company has ups and downs cant always keep every single customer happy but they do try...

No problem with the actual fibre.All problems are with the customer service.When I joined in 2019 - my paperwork was incorrectly added to the system MULTIPLE times. Money was debited twice a month. It took three months of fighting back and forth for them to rectify the issue. They were shocked to see that my paperwork was in order, yet their system reflected different.This year, 2022, I relocated. When I went to inform them, I had to RICA myself. Apparently not done back when I first joined. I did do it, how else would I have been able to have had internet for almost 3 years? Where did that paperwork go? No apologies again.The men came to check my relocation on a Tuesday. They said they need to put up a pole first. Maybe by Friday it would be done. Following Monday, still no call. So I call on the Tuesday (week later). oh the case has been assigned they'll call you shortly".Thursday - still nothing.I drive to the office myself and complain. I've relocated. You've sent me my monthly account even though I haven't had access for over two weeks ? "oh wow
