This is my favourite place to shop for my pets. The staff and manager are always friendly, they have a great incentive program where you actually get good store credit. They are well stocked, very clean and will always be willing to order anything you need from their suppliers. They are also very well priced. I can highly recommend Animal Affair.

Undeniably a hidden gem! A clean, well stocked petshop with excellent prices to boot! The fish section deserves a shout out for being immaculately maintained! I highly recommend this petshop!!

Last two visits to buy bird food had moths in when I got home. Fine for pets but it compromises the food in your home that you eat. I would not get bird food here.My wife sent me to buy cat litter and the gent was so insistent on a specific litter as apposed to what I was asked to get. My request was very clear from my wife as I was not sure what I had to get. If they didn't have stock I should have been told so rather than being pushed just so they could make a sale, I was taken advantage of, my wife went back later to see if they had the right stuff and they did not. The cat won't use the expensive packet that was pushed on me. Yes I should have just walked out and gone to get litter elsewhere but I didn't know at the time. Now I won't be coming back at all. Sales tactics should be reviewed. Food storage or where they get their stock from should also be reviewed.

My cats love the treats that I bought from here. The staff are always ready to help. Convenient shopping hours.

Beautiful shop that is well stocked with something for every kind of pet. The staff are very friendly and helpful - if you need something they are always ready and eager to help.This shop has an amazing variety of pet toys and I often pop in to find something for my furry kids. Animal Affair also has an equine section with lots of beautiful products.The shop is always busy and it's not hard to see why! Exciting new petshop. From dogs kennals to fish food and horse accessories. Good selections to choose from. The isles are a bit narrow to navigate through especially if the shop gets busy, crowded. Friendly staff members that are willing to assist with questions and product information.Family friendly store and has a cool navigation board by the entrance.

The store has moved from the old Waterkloif Shopping centre to the new Castle Gate centre. Well stocked with food for dogs and cats as well as other pets.

This is the ultimate shop for any parent of a fur-baby! They have a fantastic loyalty programme, especially helpful since I am a student! Their prices are competitive, especially for a physical store compared to online retailers. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have been given great recommendations from staff members.
