Waited a long time to get help from the Staff. The staff is well expirienced, but needs to be more informed on the latest technologies, trends and techniques of painting, they lack professional development and rather stick to knowledge and experience they already know. I had to drive to a Durban 'Build It' to get a Colour matched even with a sample provided. The store and staff are too content.
