We use TWK as a business for internet and phone connection. To say we cannot move to another provider fast enough is an understatement. The internet connection is off more than it is on and there is no feedback from their team or apologies for the issues. If you call into their centre you will be holding on for a very long time. Choose another company - TWK does not care about your business.
