Absolutely hopeless with accounts

Only positive is the call center staff, they are always professional and friendly.However, the technicians are pathetic. Extremely unprofessional in their demeanor. The workmanship of the installation is also really bad. Had to clean up after them and even paint sections of walls after they made mistakes drilling in the wrong places. Needless to say not impressed with them.Also the armed response team is not always dispatched if they don't get hold of you telephonically when the alarm goes off, which doesn't make any sense. What if the reason you can't get hold of me is because I've been attacked?Overall service not that great. At least the actual alarm system works.

After 3 months and a number of visits by MSS, my alarm system is still not fully functional... Extremely dissapointing....
