Went for a view. Even after we arranged. We still doing the place particularly the rooms dusty and filthy.

Best staff and attention to detail, willingness to adapt to any situation, I'm impressed at the level of professionalism, apparently they have never catered to over 50 people but they did with ease like Pro's, I'm impressed, all the teachers from Encochoyini primary school were over joyed and taken care of, Thank you very much, Enkosi kakhuluTeam building was a success

Stopped in for a visit and found the restaurant. Beautiful scenery and wonderful staff always eager to assist. Had the ribs and immediately wanted more.

My partner and I had a lovely time here. Tracy and her staff are wonderful people and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are clean and a little piece of heaven. The rooms have everything you need like wifi, dstv and a fridge. The bathrooms are clean as well.We loved the breakfast and Tracy accommodated us when we woke up late by bringing the food to our room. We then had our spa treatment by two young ladies. I was little let down by them, they seem to be armatures judging by how they handled us. It's in the little details, like knowing your limits when doing a full body massage. With this said, the massage wasn't awful, they did get some things right.Tracy is amazing just like her establishment.

We organised a surprise birthday party for our mother and Tracey and her staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable time. The food is amazing, the venue is beautiful and everyone there is so welcoming and efficient.

Beautiful place. Beautiful stuff. Welcoming. Room, garden and pool area were amazing. Will definitely come back here again. This was a beautiful experience to have at Hoopoehaven. Pity we stayed for one night only. The tent cabin was so private, spacious, loved the bathtub. Thank you for giving us an overall beautiful experience.

Wow, wow, wow!! My fiancé surprised me for my birthday with a full body hot stone massage as well as a gorgeous picnic in the garden. The staff and owner made everything so incredibly beautiful and personal! The food was amazing and everyone was so wonderfully friendly!

I celebrated my 30th party birthday at the lodge the past weekend and I must say I was blown away by the service and hospitality I received from Tracy and her stuff they did exceptionally well.The accommodation and facility is beautiful not to mention the food that was prepared the Chief did an amazing job food was delicious.Thank you Tracy for going above and beyond, will definitely return.
