Stay away they do not deliver and cannot get hold of anybody.

Absolutely useless ! The worst service possible !paid my deposit on the 28 March and 3 months later i still do not have my door. The staff simply do not care,Heili makes empty promises and simply passes the buck to the factorywho she says sticks to their lead times. but the lead times never endno effort is made to solve the issue, i must just wait with no end to the delayMy advise is to look somewhere else for your fire doors**** 12/07/2022Update on my doorafter 15 weeks, I cancelled my order of the door. As usual Heili promised it would only take one more week! I requested a refund of the deposit I had paid, it has been another two weeks and I have not received my refund.Heili will not give me a contact person to speak to in order to get feedback, the directors / owner are impossible to get hold ofyou can only speak to Heili, nobody else

Paid for over R26k in full for 2 doors in April last year. These clowns could not deliver and to date have not refunded the money. Stay away.

Paid in full for 1 door and frame in September 2022. Delivery date was around mid December. Started following-up weekly after opening in January with no feedback. Absolutely pathetic. Took a drive to their factory and it seems they have skipped town/got kicked out/in liquidation. R9k down the drain. STAY AWAY!!!

Stay far away from the company took a huge deposit for my project 5 months ago and have not delivered, real crooks , no answer and absolutely shocking service

At the time of writing this review, I am 51 days into waiting for 1 door that was ordered and paid for. Despite numerous desperate requests for info, I am told that the production cannot tell me when they will have my door ready, as they are facing a production back log. That equates to them being two and a half months behind on their production schedule. I have left messages for someone in management to call me, to no avail. I am working on behalf of the biggest retailer in Africa. They have bought 100’s of doors from them. This has placed serious pressure on my business with their biggest client. Shocking
