avoid at all costs, staff dont want to do their jobs, one issue after another. i wish i could give zero stars as this is the effort they do to help you.

It's ok. Will be closed down soon. All post will go to Parkview. Oh gods.....

Disgusting. It's like they refuse to serve you. Young gentleman sitting with legs on counter, scratching his beret on his heads, saying 'im so tired', when I asked a question, could hardly answer me.Parcels are so disorganised. Spend half an hour looking for parcels, because they don't send SMS's out, and say the system is not working, but a minute later someone else comes in with an SMS.

Disgusting experience, useless. System is always down' always empty staff sitting around chatting and looking at the phone and they cant be bother to look for parcels

Great experience at this post office. Clean, efficient, no queue and could pay for my license disk with a card. Also all booths could assist me - not just one - which is usually the case for licenses.

My colleague recommended I go to this Post Office to renew my disc. I will admit that I was hesitant at first due to it being unfamiliar and further over and above my general bad experience at Post Offices.As I was entering the building a man walked out saying to himself I love this post office" I laughed... and said " it's my first time

The lady who renews vehicle registrations is very fast and knows what she is doing ,ive been here several times and she doesn't disapoint,next time I will try and get here name ,,she deserves a fat bonus

I still think the staff can do better and show more effort on customer service, than having a long que and only with one teller operating,

I went to collect an international parcel, after waiting 4 months!! (due to the JHB International Mail Hub delays). The only positive side was in receiving an SMS with the local tracking number and shelf number to speed up the collection process at the PO.They asked for the shelf number, checked my ID, handed me the parcel and I signed the slip. I then noticed it had someone else's name and address, which was in no way similar to mine to make room for errors. I questioned it and the lady at the counter looked baffled wondering how that's not me so I showed my ID again, then she apologized and thanked me for my honesty. They said the shelf number was written in error, causing the parcel mismatch (IIRC). Luckily the local tracking was re-checked and they found the proper parcel with my name.Unacceptable failure on a simple security check to match ID with recipient. I wonder if I could have walked off with a millionaire's parcel, lol

Met expectations, short queue, efficient and courteous staff. Do wish though that the Licence Renewal Transaction could be web based on-line like SARS, and at least SAPO could do credit card transactions. Cash transactions are painful and carry risk.
