Avoid this scam. They wanted to rob me money. I had to get an ombudsman to intervene until they pay me my money. They’re scams.

The service instore at Menlyn was very bad.. the lady seemed not interested in helping me. I thought let me try online. Delivery took very long, I ordered on the 26 Feb and only got the delivery on the 7 March. The texture of the hair is beautiful though it doesn't have volume. Free installation is a lie, I was now told that I must pay 380 for installation. False advertising.

I received my hair that I ordered online. There's a slight problem though, the wig cap does not sit flat it has bumps on the sides which makes the wig looks like it has corners.I would love it to have the hair installed at the branch. I will make an appointment to have it fixed if possible.I love the hair quality.

The website stated that when a customer buys a Brazilian 10A Bundle- straight, the customer would get free installation. I bought 3 of these bundles. However, I was told that I still had to pay R550.00 for installation.I didn't get the free installation.

I am a 1st time weave buyer and I must confess I was worried at first as I am based in the Eastern Cape. I ordered the 2 in 1 special and I received my order within 3 days; which was quicker than expected. I am loving my wigs and I will definitely order again. Thank you Hair City for being so professional
