These people ruined my 30th birthday. They arrived five hours late after I had hired another person to do the job. I mean when a person is five hours late and does not answer their phone, you are left with no option but to try find a last minute person to just get the job done. The other company charged me R1000 because they responded to my call, and rightfully so. Now this unreliable N T Hiring unprofessional company refuses to refund me my money which I had to pay to the second deck company.My advice, stay away from these unprofessional, untrustworthy, unreliable people. By the time they got there, my makeup was ruined because I had been sobbing for hours. I won’t rest until they show remorse for ruining my day and actually take responsibility because the lady arrived five hours later unbothered!!!!

This is my first go to place for all my décor events and I'm never disappointed. I enjoy their good customer service always with such warm. I'm so proud of what the ladies are doing as they inspire me to keep going.

Poor quality service. Setup the venue with 0 social distancing protocols. Very dusty underplates provided. Had to rearrange the place ourselves. They did not provide plates and we had to eat from the underplates.Phones were off during the event so we could not even get hold of them to request plates.Everything was bad. Terrible terrible service provider.

I have been using this service for all my events and they never dissapoint. They are very professional and they give you exactly what you want and even more. They are my favorite events company and I would recommend them any day.❤️
