Paid extra for a large Bar One milkshake just to have it arrive and be anything BUT bar one. By colour, you could have sworn it was a peanut butter? No true bar one or even chocolate flavour - just the tiniest bit of 'choc syrup' added so that you can get away with calling it bar one. You guys used to have the best and thickest milkshakes ever - but now you can barely even deliver on a vanilla rip-off. In addition to the milkshake, also ordered a cheesy chips with jalapeno and macon pieces. Once again, paid extra for the special additions just to be let down by fake cheese, one tiny jalapeno sprinkled across a large chips and macon that was barely edible. Absolutely disgusting service and food from a Steers - would not recommend this place!!!

They forgot to add the chips with my meal. I called the store and spoke to the manager. Then he asks me to fetch it myself but obviously needed my food to be delivered for a reason. He said he will send a driver to deliver the chips and I'm still waiting. This isn't the first time this has happened! I will never order from Steers Maitland again!!

Disgusting that this was issued as a chicken burger on a Saturday afternoon. The chicken was supposed to be lemon and herb, the few strips of chicken supposedly a chicken burger and it was ice cold. The shop was hardly busy when I arrived and after 3 phone calls eventually getting through to management to report this. Staff are clearly lazy and not interested in their jobs

I now understand why this Steers is never busy. So, I finally decide that I'm going to order there today. Lady that takes the order takes her own time to take order because she's busy calculating manually and doesn't communicate. Then, when I need to collect my order the lady preparing the drinks has her hands in the cups.Absolutely poor service!

Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered cheesy chips with jalapenos via the app, but recieved regular chips with jalapenos on the side. I made the driver aware of this fact, he mentioned he would return with the proper order, we waited the entire afternoon he did not come back. I called steers 3 times to which I could not get through. I paid for something which I did not recieve, utterly ridiculous.

Gets a one star because they must be the only fast food place that closes during loadshedding. Everyone else has a generator or solar except steers. In 2023, unacceptable. And steers could care less about reviews here. Pathetic

Lovely experience buying food at the drive through. Fast and friendly assistance with placing our order, there was no litter around and I loved the neat garden beds around the drive lane, and the food was great!

the workers are not motivated at all, management must do something about it.......the energy is just too negativeI bet you, you won’t see even the slightest of smiles from staff on this drive thru. They are outright rude!! And I honestly don’t blame the staff, I think it’s a management problem. Something must be done about this branch. It’s the closest drive thru to that’s why I’m concerned
