Having attempted over the years to find a great psychologist several times, and failed, I felt daunted by the prospect of ever finding a practitioner I could trust and rely on. Luckily, I was referred to Hannelie in 2015 and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She goes the extra mile, and has a range of skills that have helped to sustain me through a series of unexpected loss and tragedy.Hannelie’s approach is personal, professional, and informative on many levels. Trauma and grief are two areas of her expertise where she has helped me most, with practical ways to cope with, and keep going through, the hardest time of my life. The mindfulness techniques I’ve learned serve me daily, and I’m grateful to have such a caring teacher, who keeps up to date with the latest developments in neuroscience. Having a better understanding of how my brain functions gives me confidence that I can heal.The staff at Vivid psychology are equally dedicated and helpful. I always appreciate the effort they go to, and their kind manner. It’s a well run practice, with a lovely atmosphere for both individual and group counselling options. Worthy of 5 ⭐️s.

Psychologist Hannelie Scheffer has a great deal of knowledge in Trauma and is very understanding of patients. 9/10 would recommend her services.
