I used Cafe Fleur for decor at the jhb country club on 13 August 2022. Not only did they exceed my expectations but delivered a beautiful and elegant decor for my daughters 16th birthday. Their service is second to none, they did the decor exactly as we wanted within my budget. Chantelle called me 2 days before the function to make sure numbers were correct and everything was according to plan. Thank you to Florence too, who was so happy to serve us and sent pictures after the set up was complete. In short, these are professionals with a fantastic eye for detail and make valuable suggestions. I will definitely recommend and use them again in future. Thank you Cafe Fleur for being so delightful to work with. Looking forward to the next event!

I used Cafe Fleur for my wedding decor and flowers on 10 September 2021 and everyone LOVED and raved about the flowers. I had the most beautiful bouquet I have honestly seen in my whole life. Set up and delivery of the flowers happened seamlessly on the day. Cafe Fleur also have a huge collection of wedding decor items to choose from which helped me in determining the overall look and feel of the wedding. Well done Chantelle and team! Chantel unresponsive and uncooperative during the planning of the wedding. Supplied badly wilted sunflower bouquets with dead leaves on the wedding day.Deserves a minus a minus 5

Chantelle and team were so excellent in the service provided to us during our lockdown wedding. The attention to detail and expertise were so refreshing. It rained on our wedding day and the original plan for outdoor decor had to be changed on the day, the team gave suggestions and sorted everything out leaving no stress for me on the big day.Cafe Fleur worked hard to provide us with the asthetic we were going for at a price that suited our budget. As mother of the bride whose wedding took place during lockdown in October 2021, my experience with the owner was good. She was available to discuss issues all the time. The flowers were amazing, including those she added in as extra on the day. The table decor was done beautifully with attention to detail and everything looked very professionally done. We were generally happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.....

I think a 1 star rating is too high- They arrived late with the decor. My bridal bouquet was an absolute embarrassment. We had cracked glass underplates of whatever she could find, there was no uniformity. There were not enough tables and chairs for my guests at the wedding (Both venue and décor staff at fault). Myself, Bride and groom did not have chairs to sit on when we entered the hall. Candles used for my display table were tiny tealight candles that did not even last long enough for bridal party to walk into the hall. Booked and paid for a main table to have cascading flowers set up, didn't get this and was advised on the day that 'table was too long'- R4800 paid for my main table flowers, to which she advised she would refund me R800 of this and still today, 7 months after my wedding, I am yet to see that money. Some flowers were artificial too. Paid for strip draping and fairy lights on venue ceiling, didn't get that as she advised the venues 'warm white fairy lights' and her 'cool white fairy lights' would clash. Table Clothes were dirty and full of mold, missing cutlery/ cutlery 'thrown' on the table. Calls after calls and still no apologies, no refund and no responses to the WhatsApp messages both myself and my husband have sent. Not recommended- Save yourself the stress and frustration!
