They promised to come on Monday 19th Dec and they stopped replying to my WhatsApp messages and didn't take my calls. Very bad customer service. I could have got someone else if I knew they were lying about coming out on monday but too late to find someone this late into the festive season.

I call and technician committed to come same day around 16h30. Around 16h00 I send whatapp to confirm our appointment as I had to leave office early technician confirm he maybe be late but he will come. I waited around 20h00 I send message no reply and I called he told me his passing Melrose will see me soon. Ever since that day he never arrive nor send messages to apologize. This company is not reliable.
