I shipped a rare, expensive, and fragile Spanish flamenco guitar, and it arrived in Cape Town safe and sound. That's where the 4 stars come in...However, counter service could have been much better. Very little pleasantries or communication on the process and what to do next - a bit like the SA post office or vehicle licensing. Fill in this form..." Three people in the shop and each seemed to want someone else to deal with me. I felt a bit like an intruder. Just learn some customer interaction

I paid for express delivery and it will be almost 5 days and my niece has not received her parcel yet I paid R700 just so it arrives the next day. This is appalling. I would like my parcel and money back.

Very expensive medication was sent to Durban. I was told they would keep it cold. I paid extra for del before 9am the next day. Was delivered after 9 andat room temp. There was no instructions on the waybill. And now no one wants to take ownership of this issue as the meds would no longer work.

damaged my parcel; no refund for damages; charged me 3 times: for delivery of the damaged parcel, its return and new delivery. This is the worst service and arrogance I have experienced in the long time.
