Renew-It Greenstone

Totally disgusted with this company. Insurance approved repairs then Renew-it decided it was a write off. I bought it back from insurance. She arrived with more damage than when she left. Renew-it stole so much from my vehicle. Jack, spare wheel, radio, battery. Worst place ever.

Totally horrified that this place is still in business with such pathetic services! My insurance took my car to them 3 months ago and they're still not done fixing mere doors for a Mazda. Do yourself a favour and stay away!

Good day, my car was towed to Renew it Greenstone on the 14th of March. Parts were received, but the repairer has not started with my car to this day. I also asked them to put in a claim for my window mechanism and they actually refused to contact my innovation insurance till the insurer advised that I should find another repairer for my window. This is an inconvenience as the car is already with them.Why does it have to take more than 30 days to repair a Polo Vivo? They haven't started as we speak.This is unprofessional.Miss Madime

They took way too long repairing my car I mean 3 months , but in the end the final product was good. Sasha is really amazing and tried her level best but she can only do so much because the entire system is just a mess honestly. I think they may just have way too many cars to have a proper turn around time.waiting for the parts is the most frustrating step. At least the work is impressive though like you'll be happy with how the car turns out. So if you gave 3 months to spare use them, if not ask your insurance for a different place

Had a terrible experience with Greenstone Renew It. It's unacceptable that they didn't take accountability even after bringing the car four times. It's even worse that they left scratches on my mom's BMW. The fact that they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding Greenstone Renew It based on my experience to avoid similar issues in the future. Their lack of accountability and inability to get it right after multiple tries shows that they do not value their customers' satisfaction. Trust is extremely important when it comes to car services, and Greenstone Renew It has failed to earn it.

I wish I has read the review after the insurance suggested taking my car there very unprofessional place after they where done with my car I looked at it I didn't recognize it . What a disappointment.They fix and break something else that's how they do . Is like I took my car there to add more problems not solve them .

My vehicle had minor damage due to hitting a dog. It's been 3 months and these clowns have been telling me every monday for the last 4 weeks that my vehicle wil be finished on friday. Absolutely the worst panelbeaters around qmd a bunch of liars. Renew it greenstone you are the reason that I am canceling my policy with auto and general today after 6 years as their customer with 4 cars on my policy. You wil be the reason for the downfall of auto and general.
