In terms of delivery they are slow. The least they can do is notify you of how long it will take. There's no live tracking on the app. The number you call is for Mthatha not Butterworth and when you're transferred to Fingoland it goes straight to voicemail. Absolutely nonsense

Terrible customer service, I had to wait for cashier to count some change as she was counting the lose count from the other cashier. No sense of urgency as the que had to pile up. Slow system make the whole process even worse!!!!

I ordered a pizza at 17:46 and I received the text that my order has went through. The lady told me it will take an hour. I tried calling the store before 8pm but the phone keeps sending me to voicemail. I am writing this review very disappointed. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will never order there again.

I ordered and paid for my pizza at 17h09, it is now 20h03 and I still have not recieved my pizza. I called before 8pm and the call never even went through and the branch is now closed. I have now been waiting 3 hours for my dinner, this is the worst place to order from. Would never ever recommend, unacceptable.

Y'all don't even deserve 1 star ,tables are dirty there are flies. You sit outside waiting for your number to be called but the only happening pizzas are stacked inside. All in all your service is poor
