An honest place to rest your head for the night. Decor and furniture a bit dated, but hey - who cares about that? The shower is hot, bed comfortable and everything else you need for the night, is right there. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions. Recommended

Peaceful, safe environment with beautiful surroundings. The units are a bit run-down though and in need of some upgrades or better maintenance.

Loved my stay here simply because of the thoughtfulness the owners put into each cottage. The owner also upgraded me to a bigger cottage after my last-minute booking.The unit I stayed in had free Netflix which came in handy when the weather was so terrible, I could not do much site seeing. The unit also had two heaters, an extra blanket, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with condiments and tea/coffee station, as well as a 5 litter of spring/drinkable water. The unit was clean and also had a microwave, stove, oven, and fridge.Beautiful views could be seen from the unit I was in, as well as star gazing. It was about 11 to 15 minutes' drive to a lot of the Tsitsikamma attractions, and the wolf sanctuary was even closer.Loved my stay here.

Beautiful outdoors. Great entertainment for the kids. Pool at my doorstep, the view out of my bedroom truly living up to its name Mountain View absolutely stunning.

Awesome service. Friendly management. Peaceful, relaxed setting. Fabulouse play area for children. Safe and secure. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The place is nice and peaceful but does need a lot of maintenance.You can see it's old. Needs new bedding. We rented 3 self catering units. In 2 units the microwaves didn't work, one unit had lightly rusted knifes and no forks, one unit has a fully equipped kitchenette but no basin - the guests had to wash their dishes in the bathroom. There were lots of dead bugs on the walls - especially in the bathrooms. Some of the doors and windows in the units can't open. The canoes are fun but we had to clean them out first - lots of spiders in them.This may have been (and could be again) a 5 star place but until it is fixed up a but it is not worth the money we paid to stay there.

Lovely place for family holiday. Children can run freely. Very safe. My Grand kids love going there. Very affordable

Always love staying here. Such a peaceful environment with a great mountain view. Good service and very friendly. Food is also very delicious. Pool and trampoline is a lot of fun. The canoes are not well kept though and full of spiders but still very well worth it and highly recommend. Value for money.

Nice quiet place... blankets are clean and fresh. Just the rooms have a bit of a foul smell when you first enter. They should have automatic air fresheners or something.The meals and snacks are quite good. There's also a fridge, microwave, stove and sink. The TVs are old fashion, and the is no DSTV, even though that wasn't a problem for me, since I don't watch TV.Nice place to go to, I recommend it.
