Well kept residential complex with 24h security and a decent size pool. Parking is limited with an average of 2 vehicles maximum per unit. There are also no dogs allowed to be kept in the complex.

Berg-en-Dal is the residence of the well known group, Wemmershoek Wille Honde (TM). This complex has good living conditions for young professionals, students and wille honne. It is centrally situated and services are well managed. The cats can be a nuisance for the wille honne, as well as alarms that go off any time of day. More groupies always welcome in the estate.

This is a small complex with + -50 houses. This is a very nice living place for student houses as spacious but it sometimes feel like you are right on top of your neighbour.
