After paying R40,000 for 2 people for a week you would think a small request to use the old washing machine in the house for our 2 year olds clothes wont be an issue! Alet the manager lied to us about the keys to the laundry room,didnt phone me back once, just send watsapps informing me the owners are not available on weekends,and then 2 days later received a message the owner refuses,they couldnt even arrange a cleaner(which I were happy to pay ontop). Had to BUY a washing machine and find my own cleaner in a town I'v never been before, Had to request for linen to be changed which they did once after 6 days and behold here they unlock the laundry room with keys they claimed they never had to get the linen and promptly locks it again,couldv taken the washin machine out the first day with no issues and locked the room so no one steals their toilet paper!(you get one toilet roll per toilet for the week) oh and should you phone them with a request you can here the sniggering and laughing over the phone by their employees at your request. Absolutely usesless company

Nice and quiet. And people are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and the house we got was amazing. Their balcony view is amazing and refreshing

This is a nightmare guesthouse i ever use in my life , please never use this place ever , this is a scam guesthouse who make sure they make more money using your breakage deposit , they will forfeit the whole amount for something you did not do , out of a suddenly when you are waiting the refund they will tell you you made noise then you are losing the whole amount. better look for other place. i am saying never take this place even to try it . it doesn't even deserve a half of a star. sies

Service from Stacey was out of the top drawer. Will definitely recommend them and make use of their services again.
