I have been experiencing some serious lower back issues on and off. Put my back out again 2 days ago. I could hardly sit down or get up from a chair. I went to see Delia and what an experience! She talked me through whatever she was doing. After an hour session I was just about pain free. There is still a niggle, but not nearly what it was before. Delia comes highly recommended! I'll be back.
