Disappointed and Frustrated......Before I start I must say the staff and finance ladies ARE very pleasant , but i am just left frustrated by the service..Had my heart set on a bike and found one that i was pleased with , its far from home but was told transport was no issue.I set out pursuing finance on the bike through the dealership, unsure of if i'd get approval but i thought i would try as one day i would need the credit score.Things got very quiet and was told the process was taking longer than usually and things would be sorted ... so we have been going at it for 15 days now.... i finally give up after non returned calls , unanswered messages and leave a message and offer to buy the bike cash only to be told its sold ??????????? .... frustrated ....
